THAI Cooking class in Chiang Mai | Chiang Mai, Thailand | Since the day I arrived to Thailand, I have been fascinated by their cuisine, new vegetables and fruits, flavors, textures and scents…. and well being a big rice lover and huge foody as I am, when I was offered to experience a real THAI Cooking class with renown Chiang Mai’s Master Chef Pongsak Siripham, I could not say no. Now I am ready for a long nap.

Hotel Check IN Tamarind Village Chiang Mai | Chiang Mai, Thailand | Beautiful boutique hotel right in the center of the old city of Chiang Mai. I was given an Spa Suite on the top level floors with a private terrace overlooking the Temple. Check in was seamless, and in the traditional Thai way they welcome me with a refreshing drink and a warm Lemongrass infused towel. First impressions, great entrance, nice open air lobby, great ambience. Activities were offered upon check int and before getting to my room all bookings were confirm for dinners and tours. Disappointment: no fitness center. slow internet. More to come soon after my stay at Tamarind Village in Chiang Mai.
