A night out in Bangkok from Luxury to Underground

A night out in Bangkok from Luxury to Underground | Bangkok, Thailand | A night in Bangkok, can begin and end in so many ways…. I am sure you all have heard the stories coming from deep in the Sois. But I have been there and done that, and what I do these days, is to repeat those I have enjoyed the most over the years, and open to discover new ones by the hand of my dear local friends. This was the case of my first night in Bangkok a few days ago, which began in full luxury and molecular Dirty Vodka Martinis at the legendary and recently renovated Bamboo Bar, at the iconic Grand Dame of Bangkok, the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. Not to Miss and Should Miss restaurant experiences in Rio de Janeiro

Not to Miss and Should Miss restaurant experiences in Rio de Janeiro  | Rio de Janeiro, Brazil | Rio de Janeiro, same a London, was never known to be a gourmet destination. But over the years and since my last visit, this has changed and developed drastically. Six One-Michelin starred restaurants, lots of fine and informal Brazilian Cuisine options have taken over the Carioca cuisine scene, and more will come coping with the pulse of the 2016 Summer Olympics in the horizon. For this reason, I came to Rio de Janeiro for a full week, to experience, review and curate the best on the radar and tucked away gourmet gem and experiences, to offer to my VIP clients/guests coming to Rio next August 2016 to attend the Olympics. Nowadays, my savvy travelers demand more than just celebrity Chefs, international awards and glamorous locations. Overall experience, food quality, local influence and friendly service rank high to select the best gourmet options. See below my list by experience of Not to Miss, Undecided and Should Miss restaurants. Bon Appetite. !!! Continue reading Not to Miss and Should Miss restaurant experiences in Rio de Janeiro

Guy Savoy at La Monnaie de Paris

Guy Savoy at La Monnaie de ParisGuy Savoy at La Monnaie de Paris  |   ParisFrance  |  It might as well be the hottest restaurant and gourmet experience to have in Paris as of today. Everyone is talking about it, but unfortunately, not many like me, have yet had the pleasure to try it. Reasons why ? Well Guy Savoy at La Monnaie de Paris, has opened its doors only a month ago, and since then, carrying with his prestigious reputation and its 3-Michelin Stars, has been sold out and it will be for several month ahead. Not for nothing online bookings have a penalty fee of EUR 300 per person for reservations granted and not honored or for cancellations within 24 hours prior to your dinning experience.  Continue reading Guy Savoy at La Monnaie de Paris
