Traditional style and elegant comfort provide an unparalleled way to explore the very best of Scotland and the Highlands.. Here is my photo album and videos of the daily life onboard the luxury train “The Royal Scotsman” by Orient-Express, traveling from/to Edinburgh across the Highlands. I spent 5 fabulous days onboard, and I have to say, it is without a doubt a true travel experience. The train itself becomes your destination, and the most sophisticated and comfortable way to explore the breathtaking wonders of this amazing country.

GPS Carlos Melia at Plage de Saline in St. Barth | St. Barth, West French Indies | There are just no words to describe this island, and coming to see Plage de Saline yesterday, has left me speechless. Stunning natual beauty, that images will speak by themselves. All I have to add is that Saline is know to be the Gay Hotspot of the Island, specilly to the left side as you walk to the water. At the far end, also in a very European style, you have the fully clothing optional area.
My day driving around Saint Barthelemy | St. Barth, West French Indies | So this morning I woke up and my hotel, the beautiful Le Sereno Hotel informed me that they had arranged for at MINI Cooper Convertible for me to, to explore and drive around the Island. So after a great breakfast, overlooking the Baie Grand Cul de Sac I jumped on my perfect island transportation, and ventured to explore St. Barth for the first time. Stops at Gustavia (aka. downtown), Plage des Salines, Gouverneur Beach and Loirent. A stunning sunny day, striking natural beauty and vibrant colors that only unspolied nature can produce.
Four Season Tented Camp Thailand | Golden Triangle, Thailand | If there was a hotel I visited in 2011, that went above and beyond any expectations, was the Four Seasons Tented Camp at Golden Triangle in the northern region of Thailand, right on the border with Lao and Burma. How about combining the best of Four Seasons signature luxury, style and customer service, with the exuberant beauty of the bamboo jungles of Chiang Rai province in the outdoors, surrounded by a local Elephants camp, Burmese chanting monks in the mornings and serene waters of the Mekong River. How would I define and summarize this experience, simply like this… train to become a Mahout, live with the elephants in full luxury, enjoy all-inclusive adventures, spoil yourself at their full service outdoor spa and dine like a king or queen.

The hotel is divided in two tower, linked by both beautiful outdoor garden and an underground path turn into an art gallery. I chose to spend my stay at the 1930’s French Palace Duhau with contemporary design and décor, where belle-époque elegance meets tech-savvy modernity and comfort, marvellously enhanced by renowned Park Hyatt service and style.
