My two latest favorite lunch options in Hong Kong | Hong Kong | I have been to Hong Kong a few times, and I am very outspoken about the fact, that it is one of my top five favorite cities in the world. Every time I visit I discover new options, and of course repeat over and over my favorites. During this visit, I truly enjoyed two gourmet experiences, introduced to us by local expert Food and Lifestyle Consultant Geoffrey Wu with The Forks and Spoons. Oddly enough, none of them are Chinese, but trust me we covered that during our time there, for our dinners. Both restaurants are totally different and both true hidden gems. Both restaurants can be booked online prior your arrival to Hong Kong, and I strongly advice it. Continue reading My two latest favorite lunch options in Hong Kong
Japanese/French fusion at Lewin Terrace | Singapore | On our last night in Singapore, we were invited to try this brand new restaurant perched on the hills of Fort Canning Park. Lewin Terrace introduces to the Singapore gourmet scene a beautiful, innovative and creative marriage of Japanese and French Cuisines, by seasoned Chef de Cuisine Ryoichi Kano and award-winning General Manager and Chief Sommelier Daisuke Kawai. Lewin Terrace cultivates “Omotenashi” the spirit of Japanese hospitality, ensuring an exceptional dinning experience, at a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. Finally got into Totto Ramen | New York, United States | Yes ladies and gentleman, after month and month of wait, I finally made it at this basic but high demand Ramen shack in Hell’s Kitchen, #NewYork City. The verdict is …” has been totally worth the wait…”. I would say, one of the best Noodle Ramen I have had in New York, therefore now I fully understand why it is always sold out. My choice Chicken Paitan Ramen (USD 9,75) straight homemade noodles cooked al dente style in a whole chicken and premium sauce based soup topped with scallions, onion and a nori. おいしい aka. yummy. Curating the best experiences for you worldwide. さようなら CM @ Carlos Melia Recommends
