DIVERSIDAD / DIVERSITY the new Gay Paradigm

DIVERSIDAD / DIVERSITY the new Gay Paradigm  | Gay, Gay Friendly, Hetero Friendly, Queer, Homo…. are all overrated and old fashion ? For several weeks I been hearing this new word in the gay world, that everyone is using even I, and you know what I kind of like it A LOT. DIVERSIDAD or DIVERSITY is a more integrating concept that does not discriminate and/or self-discriminates. Airlines, hotels, travel agencies, destinations even Societies are moving to this new PARADIGM where we can all coexist regardless of our differences, sexual orientations, gender, race…. with no more need to isolate minorities or to create ghettos. So a new marketing trend is born and we are happy to use it and abuse it.
