Chimichurri Recipe right from San Antonio de Areco
Chimichurri Recipe right from San Antonio de Areco | San Antonio de Areco, Argentina | If you love food as much as I do, you must try Chimichurri. The most traditional and renown Argentinean sauce, that goes very well with any type of meats, bread, salads…. you name it. Here is the traditional recipe I got today right from the kitchen of Estancia El Ombu, in San Antonio de Areco, cradle of Argentinean traditions, and from the hands of a local Paisana (aka. female Gaucho). Better than this… impossible. Enjoy it and let me know. CM
LIVE from Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires
LIVE from Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires | Buenos Aires, Argentina | Last night I went to the Opera together with my friends and members of the Board of Directors of the Opera of Minnesota, Shelli and Luis and Shelli’s husband John. But not to any opera house, we came to Teatro Colon, known to have one of the top acoustics in the entire world, not said by me, but by experts like Pavarotti. The Opera we truly enjoyed with an amazing production was “La Forza del Destino” by Guisepper Verdi.

Acrobatic Training at La Arena in Buenos Aires
Acrobatic Training at La Arena in Buenos Aires | Buenos Aires, Argentina | After over 6 years of being away, and at my 38 years old, today I went back to my Acrobatic/Gymnast training while visiting in Buenos Aires. I grew up training almost everyday to what at that time was one of my biggest passions. Now with my life of traveling around the world it a bit difficult to continue, but every time I have the chance I go back to it… and believe it or not, the body has a memory. Another activity you can do while in Buenos Aires, at La Arena Circo in the neighborhood of Palermo. Approx. USD 15 x 2 hours class. Check them OUT and try if you dare. Now back to training, tonight I will be in pain, but no pain, no game. CM
