Rabat transitioning from France to Fes – My week in Morocco by Relais & Châteaux | Rabat, Morocco |After an amazing and very hectic week in France for ILTM 2016 in Cannes, I was ready for my next experience and first ever – long overdue – visit to Morocco. This invitation came to me by Relais & Châteaux Africa, to sample in a week most of Morocco’s key destinations. Being this my first time, I said yes right away. Here is my journey across Morocco, from Rabat, through Fez and along the Atlas Mountains to Marrakesh and beyond. Our First stop, and port of entry was the city of Rabat, where we spend the morning and afternoon, to later head to our next destination. Time to pass it around and share this amazing story. I read it last year during my trip to Botswana, such a magical way to explore the cradle of life. I would have never expected that months after I would be living with the Elephants in the North of Thailand. This book taught me so much about them to the point of tears. Loyalty, love and life in general. I am happy to pass it to someone I know will enjoy and cherish it as much as I had – The Elephant Whisperer by Lawrence Anthony

Hey King Juan Carlos, this is the only way you should hunt an elephant, with your camera. Typical example that money and power does get you away from being an IGNORANT. Your apologies will not get them back. Now I wonder, WWF isn’t it Elephants hunting and poaching illegal ? Why is King Juan Carlos still the President of the WWF Spain Chapter?. Is he going to get away with it just because he is part of a falling monarchy ? Funny enough today I read an article, where it says that since the numbers of Elephants are increasing, then it is legal to kill them… Watch out people, if we start increasing our numbers, then it will be also legal to kill one another. Shame on you King Juan Carlos, Donald Trump…. who is next ? Did you know that there are many organizations around the world, which are helping to protect the elephants, and you can help.? One of them, which I have visited 2 times is in the Northern of Thailand, supported by Four Seasons Hotels and it is called Think Elephants International. And you can help them support them too. Keeping and elephant in great conditions costs an average of USD 3000 a year, and you can adopt your own elephant or help with many of them. I am trying to adopt Thong Kham, so if anyone wants to help PVT me. !!!!! Lets turn this AWFULL shameful news into something much better. CM
Best kept travel Beauty tips revealed | South Africa | One of the things that I enjoy the most while traveling around the world, more than the experiences is the global learning process over multiple subjects. Learning and educating myself over these matters, right from the source, it is priceless. Beauty, health and skin-care, are not an exception at all, and I am an addict of new tips and treatments, especially since I have become immune to Botox, ha ha ha sad right, and age is setting over me. The other day an Editor for a very well know LGBT publication asked me … Carlos have you found the fountain of youth… Of course he was miles away chatting on his laptop without seeing me face to face, addressing to some of the photos on the article that DNA Magazine recently ran on me. I replied to him, the key is to have a great relationship with the Editor and Art Director of the Magazines, so they make sure that the photoshop looks amazing and all your body part are back in place. Victoria Falls Zambian Side | Livingstone, Zambia | During my tour across Africa, I made it to the Victoria Falls or the indigenous name Mosi-oa-Tunya (the Smoke that Thunders). Victoria Falls are shared by Zambia and Zimbabwe, linked by the Victoria Falls Bridge. The whole volume of the beautiful Zambezi River pours through the gorges. David Livingstone gave the falls the name ‘Victoria Falls’ in honour of his Queen. While it is neither the highest nor the widest waterfall in the world, it is claimed to be the largest. Listed as World Heritage. Continue reading Victoria Falls Zambian Side
