Erik and Joe, both from New York, took a week away in Argentina to celebrate their anniversary. I had the pleasure to coordinate all their itinerary, bookings and responsible to create for them an unforgettable experience. This is the feedback from their trip…. Dear Carlos, The following few statements fail to convey how truly happy we are with your meticulous handling and preparation of our 10 year anniversary. 

At last minute’s notice, you were able to put together the very best vacation we’ve ever experienced – a feat surpassed by none. The best part of your service is the attention to detail and the constant follow up. Not once did we feel lost or disconnected should anything go wrong. The vacation was tailored exactly to what was requested and went beyond our wildest expectations.

Your recommendations for the transportation, hotels, tour guides, lunches and dinners were both spectacular and surprising. At some restaurants, the staff made us feel like they knew it was a special occasion, all thanks to you, I’m sure. At the end of our first amazing dinner, the host unexpectedly presented us with a cake and lit candle and said “Congratulations”! That small intimate detail was the most special part of the trip and assured us you will always be our go-to guy for every future vacation!

Not only do you now have lifetime clients but you also have two new friends.

We have been raving to everyone about all the details of our first trip to South America – from the airport pickup, to the hotels, the restaurants and especially our most amazing tour guides, Guillermo and Nicolas! It was like being accompanied by longtime friends. Your choices were fun, exciting and most memorable.

What Erik and I really want to share with you is our heartfelt appreciation for the service you provided. It was a very special time for us and it could not have been better. We now have our beautiful memory of our anniversary in Buenos Aires and you will always be part of that.
