Private dinner at The Rock Punta Mita
This morning I arrived to Punta Mita at Riviera Nayarit in Mexico, hosted by the Four Seasons Punta Mita. Tonight was my first dinner and they fully went out of their way to impress me with a private dinner at The Rock. The Rock is a bespoke by request restaurant that only pops up at the hotel for very VIP or special occasions.
At OLO Ravintola something is very fishy
OLO in Finnish means Feeling. At OLO Ravintola (aka. Finnish for restaurant) something is very fishy, and not in a bad way. If I would have to choose my favorite Finnish gourmet while in Helsinki, I would not hesitate for a second to say OLO Restaurant. Michelen star restaurant offering a modern Nordic gourmet cuisine experience. A set menu to showcase the amazing fresh fish from the region. Clarity of design and generous flavours as known from their grandmother’s times. Their menu follows the yearly cycle of the Nordic nature, bringing to the table only what is at best at a given time.
BERNS Asiatiska Restaurant
Finally I have found my favorite hang out venue in Stockholm. When I travel I am very territorial, and always like to have my set of restaurant and bar, where I can enjoy great drinks, have a fabulous dinner and be surrounded by a chic/cool crowd and ambiance. Let me tell you that I have official found it. The first ever Asian restaurant of Stockholm, located at the coolest, sophisticated-edgy BERNS.
Le 1899 Restaurant
If there was a restaurant that stood out of the bunch during my visit to Deauville, was without second thoughts the Le 1899 Restaurant, located at the Le Manoir de Tourgeville Hotel. A Michelin star restaurant where heart, mind and soul blend to master a great Normand Gourmet experience.
Le Voltaire a classic of Paris
Last night over a pouring rain Paris, I came for dinner to a classic and institution of Paris and the French Cuisine, Le Voltaire. Yes we made it there, after booking our table with over a month in advance. two small, cozy and lovely rooms with approximately 10 tables each. A very intimate space, full of tradition, style and fantastic homemade style food.

Club 55 at Plage des Pampelone
Only 15 minutes away from Plage des Salins and 20 from the port of St Tropez, you will arrive to Plage Pampelonne and to the exclusive and chic Club 55. Literally the who is who, Be and Be Seen stop in this region. In my mind I had the idea, being low season, that I was going to be there practically on my own, well I couldn’t be any more wrong. The place was SOLD OUT. The ambiance is quite chic, but not pretentious of stiff at all. I would say that following my path of stunning iconic chic restaurants worldwide, Club 55 has join my list to TOP social spot along with the Copacabana Palace (Rio de Janeiro), Polo Lounge (Los Angeles), Frankies (Istanbul), La Huella (Punta del Este) among a few others…

Niçoise meets New York at La Petite Maison | Manhattan, New York | I don’t know what critics and people in general say about Niçoise Cuisine, but to me after my experience at La Petite Maison, can define it as fantastic mix between Italian and French Cuisine. Located steps away from 5th. Avenue and the Rockefeller Center in Manhattan.
