Where to eat NYC ? of this week …

Where to eat NYC ? of this week… |  New York, United States  | ( photo: Frying Pan by Carlos Melia ) This is a list of some of the restaurants I have tried this week here in New York City and I would recommend checking out on your next visit to the big apple…

Trestle on 10th www.trestleontenth.com • 242 10th Avenue, Chelsea
Brunch / Lunch / Diner – Weekdays or Weekends
I love this place with a great vibe. Limited but totally affordable menu. I love seating close to the window and watching the new yorkers go by. Summer season is even better with the external patio over 24th. St.

BOTTINO www.bottinonyc.com • 246 10th Avenue, Chelsea
Diner – Weekdays or Weekends
BOTTINO is the second New York restaurant for Daniel Emerman and Alessandro Prosperi. Their first, BAROCCO, was an art world institution, operating in TriBeCa from 1986 until 1999. Following in that tradition, BOTTINO opened in 1998, a pioneer in burgeoning West Chelsea.
Great ambiance and crowd, gay friendly. My favorite the grilled wild mushrooms and the Tuna Tartare.

Friying Pan www.fryingpan.com • Pier 66, Chelsea
Lunch, Happy Hours and Diner – Weekdays or Weekends
A seasonal bar and grill
located on Pier 66 in the Hudson River Park at West 26th Street and 12th Ave. in Manhattan, NY.  While the outside of the ship has been restored to her original appearance, the inside retains the barnacle-encrusted, sunken-ship motif that acknowledges her storied past. If you want to enjoy some of the best chicken/beef/veggie hamburgers in town with affordable drinks and the best views of the Hudson River, then this is the right place to be.

La Bergamote www.labergamotenyc.com • 169 9th. Ave., Chelsea
Patisserie – Weekdays or Weekends
My absolute favorite patisseries in New York city. I love the fact that they serve you a huge cafe latte on a bowl. My favorite here are the croissants. Locate on the corner of 20th Street and 9th Ave.

Cookshop Bar & Restaurant www.cookshopny.com • 156 10th. Ave., Chelsea
Lunch, Coffee and Diner – Weekdays or Weekends
I would recommend the Cookshop for a nice summer Brunch with unlimited Mimosas or Bloody Mary’s.

This is it for this weekend. Take note of this… !!!!. CM @ Carlos Melia Recommends
