Since my running partner abandoned me today, I was bored and played a bit with my iPhone while running, to keep me away from thinking how many more minutes or miles I had left. (3,5 miles / 497 Cal). Session 09 at Inform Fitness

Session 09 at Inform Fitness  |  Inform Fitness  |  Yesterday was my session number nine at Inform Fitness, and this time I trained with a different coach. I feel each day stronger, and according to my trainer, he keeps adding weight and I keep lifting them till exhaustion. I am still amazed, how I am seeing same results or more working out only 20 minutes a week, compared to the 12 hours I used to spend in the past. My private trainer and owner of Inform Fitness, was this week in Los Angeles, supervising their gym in the city and training a few fellow Travel Bloggers I recommended.

Inform Fitness featured in Nicaragua


Inform Fitness featured in Nicaragua  |  Inform Fitness  |  So last week I previewed my brand new body, shaped and toned by the expert advise of Adam Zickerman at Inform Fitness. Believe it or not, at my 38 years, I stay like this by working out only once a week for 20 minutes. I might not be bigger or more muscular than before, or maybe yes, but the fact that nowadays I only spend 20 minutes a week working out, compared to 13 hours I use to take before, and get the same results, it is pretty impressive. I see results, I save time and now, I have no excuses to miss my week workout. Staying healthy, fit and being efficient with my time, isn’t that what we all want.
Not being egocentric at all, but this weekend I raised comments and compliments by both men and women. I want to show with facts that my 20 minutes workout with Inform Fitness is working. And again, working out is not the right approach for loosing weight. They are two different things.


BTW first time that I come to a Resort and I do not use the gym at all. Just because I didn’t need to, since my workout of the week was done. I did went for a run or two, but because I enjoy doing this while on the beach.

Session 06 Exercise is a poor approach to loosing weight  |  Inform Fitness  |  So today was my session number 6th at Inform Fitness with my personal coach and creator of Inform Fitness, Adam Zickerman. During my 20 minutes training we discussed various topics, and one that really stayed in my mind was his statement that …” exercise is a poor approach to loosing weight..” Quite controversial I would say, right. We go to the gym and we spend the least one hour working out, doing cardio, and the truth, contrary to what many of us think or are told, the key to weight loss is not on exercising, but on what you eat and how you eat. Of course exercise is a way to keep you weight controlled, and it is one of the aspects to loose the extra pounds, but the truth is that xercise can never out a poor diet. Exercise is a poor approach to loosing weight.
My approach, by the professional coaching of Inform Fitness, is to work out only 20 minutes a week, focusing on building, toning and making my body as strong as they can be. Weight control, well I leave that to nutrition and a healthy diet. Both combined make the magic, or at least I feel that way, judging from the photos above, you will make your own opinion. Session 05 Muscle Confusion is a myth  |  Inform Fitness  |  Holidays are over, and I am back in New York… so no more excuses and back to my fitness training. You know what they say, no pain no game or gain ha ha ha… but hey when it is only for 20 minutes a week, who really cares right ?. Adam surprised me with a brand new training session, and my first quote was …” ah the classic muscle confusion..” to which he corrected me and explain me that muscle confusion is just a myth saying … “Nonsense! Muscles can’t be ‘confused,’ duped or even bewildered. Muscles don’t predict, anticipate or get bored…” Read more on this subject at Inform Fitness Blog. As for me, well I got to the point, in 20 minutes believe it or not, that I wanted to cry and give up, but hey when you keep seeing the results in your body being shaped and toned to detail, once again no pain no game.
