CarlosMeliaBlog.com will assist Manchester Pride 2011  |  Manchester, UK |  in only ten days I will be flying to the UK, to assist the 21st Edition of Manchester Pride, invited by Visit Manchester. Manchester Pride (19-29 August 2011) is an annual festival celebrating lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender life, that also works to raise money for LGTB and HIV organisations.  Running for ten days at the end of August, the festival will feature sport, film, debating and campaigning, and arts and entertainment.  It culminates with the Big Weekend, a four-day ticketed event in Manchester’s gay village that boasts a huge market and the Pride Parade – this year’s parade theme is ‘Through The Decades’.
