ME by Melia opening in London 2012

ME by Melia Hotels opening in London 2012  |  London, England  |  This morning walking by Convent Garden in London, I saw this familiar sing. Right on the corner of Aldwych and Strand Ave. Scheduled to open 2012 featuring 157 contemporary rooms, 17 suites and 1 SuiteME. The Level–exclusive adults-only floor with private check in/out, 2 ground-floor restaurants featuring STK, 1 ground-floor bar Rooftop Club bar with views of the River Thames, Houses of Parliament and The London Eye. This new location to complete their already international presence in Barcelona, Madrid, Cabo and Cancun.  ME by Melia is a contemporary interpretation of the Meliá experience. It is a brand which seeks to fuse innovative style with local flavors in order to captivate travelers of a common psychographic – those with a decisive taste for cutting-edge art and design, international cuisine and world music – rather than a common demographic. By capturing these elements in urban and resort destinations, this new philosophy ignites a passion in each guest while appealing to their senses and emotions. The experience is unforgettable. CM

Run for you life at London’s Tunnels

Run for your life in London’s tunnels |  London, UK  |  Today two of my local friends took me to the weirdest and show I have participated on in my life, by the name … and the darkness descends. I will not say it was truly scary, but literally felt like I was in the middle of a Jigsaw SAW movie, and by the end of it I could not wait for the event to finish running out as fast as I could, for my life.
