Tales of a day exploring Berlin

Tales of a day exploring Berlin by www.carlosmeliablog.comTales of a day exploring Berlin  | Berlin, Germany  |   This was our first day exploring Berlin. This was my third time in the city, which I knew well, so I took Rubin and our friend Fred, around for a quick tour of the essentials and highlights of the Berlin. We visited the Brandenburg Gate, the Parliament, Checkpoint Charlie, the Berliner Mauer and some museums. Later we checked into our hotel, the lovely Hotel de Rome by Rocco Forte, and that night we came to the trendiest spot in the city, the Das Stue Hotel, to enjoy a wonderful dinner at CINCO by Chef Paco Perez. Enough for a day, after a long 8 hours flight on Air Berlin, and a full day exploring the city, and saving energy for a long week ahead over New Years Eve with friends from around the world in GermanyContinue reading Tales of a day exploring Berlin

This is not my first time there, but it has been a year since my last visit, so I have used the expert help and recommendations of friend and colleague Henrik Tidefjaerd with Berlinagenten. We will be staying at the stunning Hotel de Rome by Rocco Forte Hotels, where I have stayed before and loved it.
