BERNS Asiatiska Restaurant

BERNS Asiatiska Restaurant  |  Stockholm, Sweden  |  Finally I have found my favorite hang out venue in Stockholm. When I travel I am very territorial, and always like to have my set of restaurant and bar, where I can enjoy great drinks, have a fabulous dinner and be surrounded by a chic/cool crowd and ambiance. Let me tell you that I have official found it. The first ever Asian restaurant of Stockholm, located at the coolest, sophisticated-edgy BERNS.
When you see the building from outside, you would never guess what is inside. A multi-space venue that offers BERNS Asiatiska Restaurant, where I had a lovely japanese/chinese meal over dirty Vodka Martinis. The room is beyond stunning featuring beautiful crystal chandeliers. But this is not all… this three levels complex, also features the small boutique  BERNS Hotel, which is quite trendy and in contrast to the other outlets is quite toned down with a mix in between current Swedish style and traditional European classics.
A private concert and events hall for approx. 1500 people, where Lady Gaga performed during her last visit to Stockholm. Here they also host private events, weddings and fashion shows, among other alternative events like Kick Boxing competitions over full dinner.
Gallery 2 3 5 1 I would risk to say, is the trendiest hip trendy chic club that welcomes all walks of life. In contrast with BERNS Asiatiska, it breaks formalities with edgy music, bartenders and concepts that sometimes I have been told can even get a bit kinky. Straight, nope. Gay, neither…. is everything and more.
And last minute news and update. Would you believe me if I tell you, that the photo above represents the soon to open, Stockholm’s most exclusive Gay Club, to be called Ballroom, which BTW will be previewing tomorrow Saturday 13th. OCT 2012. The club that I would say, will rival the classics such us Paradise, Zipper and Patricia. Stay tuned for more on this. But FYI they will only allow up to 80 people in room on the second floor of BERNS. So you’d better make the cut. Check it out. !!! I wish I could but tomorrow I am heading off to Finland.
