Session 06 Exercise is a poor approach to loosing weight | Inform Fitness | So today was my session number 6th at Inform Fitness with my personal coach and creator of Inform Fitness, Adam Zickerman. During my 20 minutes training we discussed various topics, and one that really stayed in my mind was his statement that …” exercise is a poor approach to loosing weight..” Quite controversial I would say, right. We go to the gym and we spend the least one hour working out, doing cardio, and the truth, contrary to what many of us think or are told, the key to weight loss is not on exercising, but on what you eat and how you eat. Of course exercise is a way to keep you weight controlled, and it is one of the aspects to loose the extra pounds, but the truth is that xercise can never out a poor diet. Exercise is a poor approach to loosing weight.
My approach, by the professional coaching of Inform Fitness, is to work out only 20 minutes a week, focusing on building, toning and making my body as strong as they can be. Weight control, well I leave that to nutrition and a healthy diet. Both combined make the magic, or at least I feel that way, judging from the photos above, you will make your own opinion.
