Session 05 Muscle Confusion is a myth | Inform Fitness | Holidays are over, and I am back in New York… so no more excuses and back to my fitness training. You know what they say, no pain no game or gain ha ha ha… but hey when it is only for 20 minutes a week, who really cares right ?. Adam surprised me with a brand new training session, and my first quote was …” ah the classic muscle confusion..” to which he corrected me and explain me that muscle confusion is just a myth saying … “Nonsense! As for me, well I got to the point, in 20 minutes believe it or not, that I wanted to cry and give up, but hey when you keep seeing the results in your body being shaped and toned to detail, once again no pain no game.
