Peasant Bistro in Atlanta | Atlanta, United States | Located at downtown Atlanta is this charming French restaurant with touches of fresh seasonable Southern flavors. A romantic and modern setting, overlooking the Centennial Park in the Luckie Marietta District.
By Executive Chef Shane Devereux with tables arranged for privacy and conversation, Peasant Bistro is perfect for one-on-one business luncheons or the romantic dinner. The atmosphere is sophisticated, the cuisine delectable, and the service friendly.
Delicious, relaxed and affordable. The cosmopolitan two-story restaurant overlooking Centennial Park and the Atlanta Skyline. The ground floor more for tapas and cocktails, and the second floor in a romantic atmosphere with warm lightning, for full meals and private events. Along with its sister restaurant Campagnolo, both are are part of the Peasant Group.
My options for the night were. Appetizer Mussels au Nage thyme, lavender, shallots, garlic cream and Pinot Grigio (USD 11).
My main course Roast Chicken Breast pommes pure, cipollini, tarragon and chicken jus. (USD 21).
And if this was not yet enough, well of course you need to try one of the decadent desserts. Pecan Sticky Bread Pudding, vanilla ice cream.(USD 6). Carlos Melia Luxury Travel Curator – www.carlosmelia.com
