Inform Fitness featured in Nicaragua | Inform Fitness | So last week I previewed my brand new body, shaped and toned by the expert advise of Adam Zickerman at Inform Fitness. Believe it or not, at my 38 years, I stay like this by working out only once a week for 20 minutes. I might not be bigger or more muscular than before, or maybe yes, but the fact that nowadays I only spend 20 minutes a week working out, compared to 13 hours I use to take before, and get the same results, it is pretty impressive. I see results, I save time and now, I have no excuses to miss my week workout. Staying healthy, fit and being efficient with my time, isn’t that what we all want.
Not being egocentric at all, but this weekend I raised comments and compliments by both men and women. I want to show with facts that my 20 minutes workout with Inform Fitness is working. And again, working out is not the right approach for loosing weight. They are two different things.
BTW first time that I come to a Resort and I do not use the gym at all. Just because I didn’t need to, since my workout of the week was done. I did went for a run or two, but because I enjoy doing this while on the beach.
