Dinner at Hotel Costes Paris

Dinner at Hotel Costes Paris  |  Paris, France  |  Sexy, chic and exclusive… but I think the word debauchery defines best the Hotel Costes gourmet experience in Paris. Last night I came for dinner to their restaurant and I LOVED it. Located right off the sophisticated Place Vendôme, at one of the premium areas of Paris, steps away from Place de la Concorde.
Service, well for Paris standards it is SUPERB. I mean everyone looks like a cover model and therefore behaves like one. But at least they are welcoming, they know how to prepare decent drinks and cocktails and have style to serve. Trust me, you wont find many venues in France willing to serve you, they all deal with you and dispatch you. Food was beyond expectations and my Thon Cru (Raw Tuna) with cilantro, ginger and jalapeños was excellent. Dinner with 2 steps + cocktails EUR 130 per person.
The deco of the restaurant talks decadent, sex, style, and the perfect balance between classic and modernism. The crowd is happening and very IN specially this week during Paris Fashion Week. Dress code is formal trendy. Red velvet, chandeliers are the stars of the room. Comfortable los seating either indoor (my favorite) or outdoors. The private room (photo above) quite called my attention. Great gourmet experience in Paris. Book in advance.!!!!  CM @ Carlos Melia Recommends
