Balthazar Restaurant a New York classic in SOHO

Balthazar Restaurant a New York classic in SOHO  |  New York, United States  |  If there is a classic in the Big Apple, it is Balthazar. A beyond charming French Bistro in the heart of SOHO. Opened by Keith McNally in the spring of 1997, Balthazar offers a French menu prepared by chefs de cuisine Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson. We came for Sunday Brunch and pre shopping spree in SOHO. Of course I was not able to stay away from the amazing selection of Oysters, but I must confess that I was also very tempted by the world renowned Onion Soup.
Balthazar is renowned for its exceptional design. The building was converted from a leather wholesaler’s warehouse to an airy space that can accommodate over 200 people in the dining room and at the zinc bar. A MUST visit and try in New York City. Bon Appetit CM @ Carlos Melia Recommends
