Aerolineas Argentinas Club Economy aka Business Class | Buenos Aires, Argentina | Just arrived to Buenos Aires, all the way from Rio de Janeiro on Aerolineas Argentinas. I must say that although I would have hoped for more, I was quite happily surprised to see Aerolineas Argentinas back on track, with new aircrafts, new looks both on the planes and on the crew, and professionalized customer service from the moment of the Check IN and onboard. Why the service fell a bit short… read below. There is always room for improvement and constructive criticism is the best way to start.
Great look on the cabin, comfortable seats and pitch between seats. The seats only recline a bit… mmm would say 30%. No entertainment system at all, on a flight of over 3 hours. The meals onboard where quite a disappointment, especially for an upper class. No wine, no cutlery, no glassware. (see the photo below). Club Economy is the domestic or regional flights Business or Upper Class in Aerolineas Argentinas flights. A kit with toothbrush, tooth past, sock was given upon take off.
I will let you be the judge…. The meals onboard where quite a disappointment, especially for an upper class. No wine, no cutlery, no glassware. Club Economy is the domestic and regional flights Business or Upper Class on Aerolineas Argentinas. Overall, I see the airline doing much better and ranking much higher on service standards compared with the last time I flew them years ago, but I presume they still have a long way to go to to be in line with their local regional competitors LAN and TAM.
