Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall Bangkok  |  Bangkok, Thailand  |  Also know as the White Marble Palace, a prestigious hall, former reception hall within Dusit Palace in which to court visiting dignitaries, hold state council meetings and royal occasions. An Italian neo-classical Renaissance architecture, Ordered by King Rama V (1907) and finished in the reign of King Rama VI. Commissioned to the architects Mario Tamagno and Annibale Rigotti. Used as Parliament House until 1974, nowadays it is open to the public every day except on Chulalongkorn Day (23 October), the King’s birthday (5 December) and the Queen’s birthday (12 August). SERENA Hotel Buenos Aires

SERENA Hotel Buenos Aires  |  Buenos Aires, Argentina |  SERENA Hotel Punta del Este, has been for long time my favorite option at that destination, and over a year ago, they expanded with their second property to Buenos Aires nesting the Argentinean branch in the exclusive area of Recoleta over Libertad Street. I spent there the last 2 nights and here are a few comments based on my own experience. But one thing I would like to highlight right from the beginning is the excellent job they have done with the Spa/Sauna area on the ground floor, where space was planed, executed and used brilliantly, see photo below. Good Morning everyone.!!! Last two days in Buenos Aires after two great weeks exploring restaurants, shows and hotels, but most important spending time with my family. But don’t cry for me Argentina, I will be back in May. Tomorrow off on American Airlines to Miami invited by the Setai Resort South Beach, where I will be spending two nights. A great transition from the hot summer in Buenos Aires to the cold weather in New York. Next New York City where I will be staying and reviewing The Marks, Gramercy Park Hotel, The Michelangelo and Sofitel New York. But hey like always, more things are being added as I go, so expect last minute experiences and check ins. experiential travel perfected. Have a great weekend everyone.CM
