Thai BAHT official currency of Thailand

Thai BAHT official currency of Thailand  | Bangkok, Thailand    |  The Thai BAHT (THB) is the official currency of Thailand. You will find it both in bank notes and aluminum coin format. Bank notes are of 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1000. The image on the oberse of the bank notes is H. M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej in the uniform of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. The exchange rate fluctuates, but as for today, to give you an idea: 1 USD = 31 THB and 1 EUR = 43 THB. Last night I had a dinner with starter + main course and a local beer for THB 447 (USD 14,50), pretty good right. Carlos Melia Luxury Travel Curator – www.carlosmelia.com
