Mission Beach Cafe distinctive neighborhood eatery

Mission Beach Cafe in San Francisco  |  San Francisco, Mission  |  A distinctive neighborhood eatery which is on the TO DO list of both locals and visitors. Informal, relaxed and cozy candle lights environment, in the heart of the Mission. Watch out for the flat breads, truffle fries with parmesan cheese and the mouth watering selection of pies, specially the Huckleberry Pie with vanilla ice-cream.Fresh, seasonal, organic and local ingredients, featuring the best of the New American cuisine.Try the daily special of Grilled Flat Breads (USD 12/14). In our case was the Vegetables Grilled Flat Bread, which was just what we needed to begin our Mission Beach Cafe gourmet experience. Very well matched by, of course, Californian Cabernet Sauvignons.
The Truffle Fries with Parmesan (USD 5) are a classic at Mission Beach Cafe. All dishes are signature by Trevor Ogden, Executive Chef and the fantastic Pies and Cakes by Alan Carter, Pastry Chef. Menu changes every month, so you will have a different farmer-market oriented experience every time you visit them. Prices are very reasonable. CM
