SIPAN Restaurant Buenos Aires Peruvian/Japanese

SIPAN Restaurant & PISCO Bar • Buenos Aires • Peruvian/Japanese – (the perfect balance and fusion between the best exponents of Peruvian/Chinese and Peruvian/Japanese), now in Buenos Aires. Located downtown Buenos Aires, in a very relaxed and informal atmosphere.
The menu is rescues the 4 main pillars of the Peruvian cuisine creolecevichechifa (fusion peruvian/chinese cantonese) and the nikkei (fusion peruvian/japanese). Sipan also offers the firs PISCO Bar of Buenos Aires. Knowledgeable waiters eager to share with you, all their tips and experience, making it very easy to only in 2 hours have a whole journey through flavors, textures and smells of this particular cuisine.
Out of all the Peruvian fusion restaurants in Buenos Aires, although is not the most fancy, to me is the best gourmet experience. ( SIPAN • Paraguay 624 corner with Florida Boulevard  • Monday – Saturdays 12PM to 4PM and 8PM to 1AM) Thank you Hernan Brennan for inviting. CM @ Carlos Melia Recommends
